What to expect
Before a first session is booked, we set up a quick chat over the phone or Zoom. It’s a chance for me to hear more about what’s bringing you to therapy and to answer any questions you might have. If you feel ready, we can then schedule our first session to meet.
I offer both short-term and long-term therapy, depending on whether you’re looking for support with a particular challenge or a deeper, ongoing exploration of your life. In our first session, we’ll talk about what you hope to achieve in therapy, how often we’ll meet, and how long the process might take.
